Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was delightful! The room was nicely decorated and quite spacious, though a bit small. I loved the ambiance with the lovely lights around the bed. The bathroom was also lovely, and the shower was great. However, filling up the sink was a bit tricky, and the key had some issues. We didn't opt for breakfast as it wasn't included, and I found the price slightly high for what was offered.
The hotel rooms were really nice, clean, and spacious, providing lots of light and a balcony until Sunday. The location between Bairro Alto and Chiado with Alfama a 10-minute walk away was the best part; it's amazing, within walking distance to great restaurants and bars.
The hotel rooms were well-appointed with every comfort you could wish for, but they were a little tired with scratch and scuff marks in places. The service was amazing, very kind, but lacked attention to detail in some aspects. The location is good, close to many great restaurants and points of interest, but parts of the area seemed run down. The dining experience had a great selection and was very good overall. The facilities were standard but adequate.
The hotel had the nicest rooms we stayed in on our 2-week honeymoon, with nice touches like a big screen TV with lots of channels, fluffy duvets, welcome custard tarts, and liqueur. However, not having breakfast included and a 60 Euro charge for parking on top were a downside. There was a slight smell of cigarettes, possibly from the previous guest.
Despite being on a busy road, the hotel managed to provide a really quiet and soundproofed environment. The room decor was in shades of black, giving a unique atmosphere, though the wear and tear were noticeable. It took a bit long to get our room, but eventually, we settled in after nearly 2 hours. The hotel offers a good value for money overall.
The hotel has beautiful rooms with lots of space, but the price may be a bit high for what you get. The service is friendly and helpful, although some morning greetings were lacking. The location is perfect for exploring shops and restaurants, with excellent proximity to key Lisbon districts. Dining can be improved with more menu choices.
